I know what it’s like to feel stuck, waiting for the perfect moment to move. For decades, I was a high achiever on the edge of burnout, convinced that pushing harder was the only way.
When I left the corporate world to become a stay-at-home mom, I thought I was stepping into my dream life. Instead, I found myself second-guessing everything, in a never-ending cycle of trying to “fix” myself.
Learning to release expectations and trust my intuition helped me navigate some of the biggest blocks in my life: making the difficult decision to remove my mom from my life in my 20s, healing two major back injuries, giving birth to three children without medication, and launching my business after believing full-time motherhood was my path.
Since becoming a coach in 2020, I’ve led 200+ sessions and classes, guiding clients through career shifts, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I specialize in helping women make aligned decisions, through fear and hesitation, so they can move forward with confidence.
