When I left my corporate career to become a stay-at-home mom, I thought I was walking into my dream life. Instead, I was overwhelmed by the smallest things, second-guessing my instincts, and trapped in a cycle of trying to “fix” myself.
Since becoming a coach in 2020, I’ve led 300+ sessions and classes, guiding clients through career shifts, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.
